Here are two of our latest projects that we are working on. Both are beautiful properties in their own rights and have amazing potential.
welle house
A c.1930's farm house style property in the ancient village of East Prawle in the South Hams.
A 3 bedroom (6 sleeper), Welle House is undergoing a complete overhaul of it's self catering let allowing it double the booking price for guests.
Revenue is anticipated to be nearly 3 times that it earns currently.

A typical 16th Century thatched cottage in the pretty village of East Prawle in South Devon.
4 bedrooms, accommodating 6 people the cottage is undergoing a complete renovation both inside and out, matching 16th century authenticity with 21st century comforts and practicality.
The cottage is anticipated to to earn £1700 per week in peak season.
