We don’t believe in simply ‘cleaning what you see’.

We are passionate about delivering high standards in everything we do. Housekeeping isn’t a ‘one size fits all’. Different decor/fixtures and fittings all require individual attention. Our Housekeeping team are fully trained to our high standards from the very beginning to ensure a continuity of standards and service throughout.

We are an environmentally conscious company and so we supply our teams with their cleaning kits to ensure they are using environmentally friendly cleaning products that deliver a high standard of cleanliness whilst helping to protect our environment. We also leave the same products in your guest offer so that they too have the option of using environmentally friendly products - this is all included in your price with us.

For your peace of mind we always try to foster a the same team with a product for each change over. We have found that by doing this there is an increased pride in the teams work as well as delivering continuity in our service. Our teams also become used to what’s ‘normal’ in your property and so can therefore report any Going damaged or missing items quickly.

Before we begin our housekeeping service for you and your property our Management Team will create a bespoke checklist to ensure high standards are always maintained. Prior to guest arrivals one of trained Supervisors/Management team will check your property and sign it off ready for guests.

Our housekeeping services include as standard:-

  • Fully and highly trained Housekeepers.

  • High quality environmentally friendly cleaning products for our Housekeepers and your guests.

  • Supply of beautifully scented environmentally friendly guest toiletries for each bathroom.

  • Quilted 3 ply toilet roll sourced from sustainable suppliers

  • We also plant a tree for every guest changeover.

  • Uploading of photos/videos to our central system after every change over held for 1 month to mitigate any ‘professional complainers’*

  • Treating your home with the high standards, dignity and respect you would expect from us.

*Professional Complainers are those guests which intend to complain prior to even arriving in to your property in order to receive some form of compensation such as a partial/full refund or complimentary future stay.
