Housekeeping
We think this is one of our most vital services along with housekeeping. Our maintenance service covers an array of issues from changing light bulbs, fixing loo seats to touching up decorative areas that are looking tired. All sorts of problems can arise when guests or owners are staying, our main aim is to get these sorted as soon as possible while keeping communication open and minimising stress for all.
Where we are unable to repair something due to it needing more specialist care we will call upon one of our retained trades persons to make use of our special rates minimising the cost to you.
Our maintenance service offers the following as standard:-
General maintenance (fixing door handles, tightening toilet seats, changing light bulbs etc.)*+
Deep cleaning of barbecues.
Washing of patio and outdoor garden furniture at least twice a year.
Dripping taps or blocked drains
Touching up decorative work
Accepting deliveries
Changing of batteries on any equipment/appliance
Winter prep i.e. putting garden furniture etc away.
