Our silver membership is our entry package and includes the following:

  • Half day training of up to 10 staff on a topic of choice i.e. customer service, health and safety, housekeeping etc.

  • Quarterly newsletter

Our gold membership is our plus package and includes the following:

  • 2 x overnight 'secret' visit + written report.

  • 8 x telephone audits (topic of your choice i.e. dinner reservations, booking, general enquiry etc. + written report on findings and recommendations.

  • 2 x full day training of up to 10 staff on a topic of choice i.e. customer service, health and safety, housekeeping etc.

  • Quarterly newsletter

PLATINUM

Our platinum membership is our most enhanced and more bespoke than our other packages. This package is usually used for hotels with 15 rooms or more.

The first stage will be to meet with you and your teams to understand your current needs and aspirations for your business. Once we have an understanding of these we will begin a process of supporting you to achieve maximum success.

Clients who take out this membership usually follow a pathway such as;

  1. Initial meeting to understand needs and aspirations. Here we will undertake a full tour of the property both front and back of house.to understand your business.

  2. We’ll observe for ourselves 24-48 hours your operation to discuss during our second meeting.

  3. We will meet with you to discuss our findings to date and match these against your own observations. Following this and with the understanding of your aspirations we’ll provide you with a detailed report of findings and recommendations on how to move forward.

  4. Once you have had time to review our report we’ll touch base again to discuss implementing our findings in the most cost effective and efficient way possible with the minimum of disruption to the business.

  5. During this time we will also provide you with the following as standard:

    1. 4 x overnight 'secret' visit + written report.

    2. 2 x telephone audits per week (topic of your choice i.e. dinner reservations, booking, general enquiry etc. + written report on findings and recommendations.

    3. Training of your full team both generally and specialist per department.

    4. Quarterly newsletter

    5. Support in obtaining desired accreditation rating.

    6. Property acquisition if required.
