At Serene Abodes we have exacting standards to ensure your property stands the test of time through our careful and dedicated management.
Most holiday/second home owners live over 2 hours away from their property or have busy lives and so it isn’t always convenient to respond to any issues quickly and so if delayed could be extremely costly. Most, if not all insurance/mortgage policies request this too. This is why our property management option may be for you.
Our property management services include as standard:-
Weekly inspection by a member of our Management Team of windows/door security, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Monthly Legionella prevention.
Heating adjustments according to bookings.
Monthly owners briefing report.
In the winter we make it a priority to check ceilings and walls for any sign of damp or leaks and report accordingly.
Liaise directly with letting agents and guests on all matters (subject to owners wishes)*.
Organise any urgent maintenance issues*+
Meet/greet any contractors on owners behalf*
